PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary mirror device capable of reducing the bound of a mirror with a simple configuration, and to provide a camera system. SOLUTION: The rotary mirror device is equipped with: a main mirror unit 2 provided rotatably around a rotary shaft 2a; a rotation regulation part 1b regulating the rotation of the main mirror unit 2 by abutting thereon; a first bearing part 1a supporting the rotary shaft 2a; and a second bearing part 4 rotatably supporting the main mirror unit 2 with the first bearing part 1a.
