PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency synthesizer which outputs a frequency signal with a desired noise added thereto. SOLUTION: The present invention provides an improved frequency synthesizer having a signal generation part for outputting the desired frequency of signal. The synthesizer is provided with: a noise generation part for generating the noise of a set value set based on a loop band of the signal generation part; and a noise addition part for adding the noise of the noise generation part to the signal of the signal generation part.
