摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact aqueous liquid flow detector of simple structure which detects stably a discharged aqueous liquid flow of an acidic or alkaline solution, or the like, in an aqueous liquid feed pipe, as an electric continuity value, also detects an aqueous fluid flow interruption as substantial zero when the aqueous fluid flow is interrupted, outputs reliable signal, and is free from corrosion and inter-electrode electric leakage. SOLUTION: This flow sensor is assembled with a lower detection short pipe hung down suspendedly in an aqueous liquid discharge port of the upper aqueous liquid feed pipe (one applied with a conductive polymer onto a polyvinyl chloride pipe), in a just under of the aqueous liquid discharge port, by an insulating support tool, and the discharged aqueous liquid flow is precluded from overflowing out of a lower detection short pipe container, even when the discharged aqueous liquid flow increases, because the lower detection short pipe is formed to make a pipe diameter larger than that of the upper aqueous liquid feed pipe. The electric leakage is thereby eliminated between the upper aqueous liquid feed pipe (electrode in electric meaning) and the lower detection short pipe (lower electrode), both the continuity values get completely zero in the aqueous fluid flow interruption, the stable continuity values are obtained by changing an insertion interval between an electrode tube and the upper aqueous liquid feed pipe, when the discharge flow flows, and the aqueous liquid flow detector free from the corrosion caused by the acidic or alkaline solution, by applying the conductive polymer.
