PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device, having an image blur correcting device which is constituted of a small number of components, whose structure is not complex, which achieves size reduction of the device as a whole, and whose manufacture cost is reduced. SOLUTION: The lens device is provided with a first lens barrel; a second lens barrel coupled with the first lens barrel; a correction lens 17A detachably mounted in the second lens barrel; a first guide means 28 and a first driving means for guiding and moving the correction lens in a first direction X; and a second guide means 57 and a second driving means for guiding and moving the correction lens in a second direction Y. The first driving means comprises a flat coil 33, a yoke 46 and a magnet 45, and the second driving means comprises a tubular coil 34, the yoke 46 and the magnet 45. The flat coil 33 and the tubular coil 34 are arranged to be crossed and superimposed on each other so that the driving force generated from the two driving means is directed to the first direction X and the second direction Y.
