PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupled electromagnetic relay not requiring adjustment at final process, capable of obtaining stable positional accuracy of a fixed terminal at assembling step even if machining accuracy of the fixed terminal or another parts is not heightened as before. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic relay, formed by arranging electromagnetic blocks 12a, 12b having movable contacts rocking up and down on lateral one line with center of rocking turned up, has a normally closed fixed terminal 14 having a base plate part 4 arranged at upside of the movable contact, on which fixed contacts 2a, 2b corresponding to the movable contacts are arranged, a normally opened fixed terminal 15 having a base plate part 5 arranged at lower side od the movable contact, on which the two fixed contacts corresponding to the movable contacts are arranged, and a base 11. In order to adjust the setting position of the fixed contact, press-in fixing parts 6, 7, extending in a direction of the base 11, fitted to fitting holes formed on a part of the base 11, are formed on a part of base plate parts 4, 5.
