PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever-type connector of which deformation and uplift can be prevented, fitting is good, and resistance can be reduced to rotation of the lever. SOLUTION: In the lever-type connector which assists engagement of the connector to a connector housing by rotation of the lever; a plurality of projections 35, 36 and 37 are prepared at intervals in the direction of rotation on the periphery of the lever 30, and a plurality of supports 14 which engage with the projections 35, 36 and 37 to prevent deformation and uplift of the lever 30 are prepared in the connector housing 10. The positional relationship between the projections 35, 36 and 37 are determined so that they respectively engage with the supports 14 only in a lever rotational region where the engagement force of the connector rises, while in the region where the force declines, they do not engage with the supports.
