PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature circulation water tank capable of adding a cooling capacity without complicated work at a low cost. SOLUTION: The low-temperature circulation water tank is composed of a low-temperature circulation water tank body 10 for cooling cooling water and circulating the cooled cooling water, a cooling tube 12 to be cooled and a pair of first and second cooling water circulation tubes 14, 15 connected to the low-temperature circulation water tank body 10 and the cooling tube 12.
