PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resume spraying in a short time with favorable cooling energy efficiency, and to prevent adverse effects to spraying in another spray zone. SOLUTION: The spraying system for lowering temperature is provided with a plurality of spraying heads spraying water as mist to lower a temperature of an object space, a pump pressurizing and sending out water, a main distributing pipe connected to the pump via a valve, a plurality of sub distributing pipes connected to the main distributing pipe respectively via selection valves, and communicating the main distributing pipe with each spraying head, a drain pipe arrangement connected to the main distributing pipe via a drain valve, and draining water in a main drain pipe, and a mist control panel controlling the pump, the valve, the selection valves, and the drain valve. In the mist control panel, a selection valve of a sub distributing pipe connected to a spraying head starting spraying after a spraying head carrying out spraying, is opened for a predetermined time, then it is closed for a predetermined time, and then, it is opened by changing to opening operation.
