PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a temporary mounting member, and to smoothly and surely move adjustment of a mounting work and mounting position of a gas plug body 4 after temporary mounting, in a mounting structure of a gas plug having the temporary mounting member for temporarily mounting the gas plug body 4 movably in the front and rear direction at a designated location of a back side of a wall plate 3 before building the wall plate 3. SOLUTION: The temporary mounting member comprises a fixed piece 10 fixed on the designated location of the back side of the wall plate 3, a mounting piece 13 for mounting the gas plug body 4, and a gas plug support 1 interposed between the fixed piece 10 and mounting piece 13 via a thin-walled section 14 and formed by a plurality of connecting pieces 11 and 12.
