PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stable fan configuration and fan power connection. SOLUTION: The ventilation fan of electrical and electronic devices includes a housing 5 adapted to be plugged in a printed circuit board 11a and having a duct 10 for allowing air to flow therein. The fan housing is positioned substantially upright with respect to the printed circuit board. The duct 10 has a fan wheel of a fan 2 arranged therewithin. An electric motor 15 is coupled to the fan housing for driving the fan wheel 2. At least three fasteners 7 are coupled to at least part of the fan housing for fixing the fan on the printed circuit board 1. A power supply adapter 8, which is coupled to at least part of the fan housing, includes connectors that provide electrical connection to the printed circuit board 1 for supplying power to the electric motor 15.
