PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change setting of opening/closing characteristics of an on-off valve switched to a closing side of reducing the passage area of an exhaust passage and to the opening side of enlarging the area, according to the output characteristics of an engine by setting a plurality of kinds of set load of a torsion coil spring for energizing the on-off valve to the closing side. SOLUTION: The winding amount of the torsion coil spring 26 can be plurally set by locking a fixed side arm 26a of the torsion coil spring 26 selectively to one of a plurality of locking parts 28A, 28B, 28C of a plate 28.
