PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of significantly decreasing raindrop noise by its simple means easily applicable even to existing buildings. SOLUTION: A refracting sheet 5 formed by bending a rectangular strip of sheet metal to a chevron shape is arranged in such a manner that a bending line 5a of the refracting sheet 5 becomes parallel to a bottom surface of an exterior wall 1 of a building and the refracting sheet 5 is adhered to a roof surface portion 3 via a vibration-proof rubber sheet 4; the vibration-proof rubber sheet 4 has a thickness corresponding to a clearance between the roof surface portion 3 and the refracting sheet 5; and a gradient of the refracting sheet 5 is made steeper than that of the roof surface portion 3 at a rain dripping position 6.
