PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper post-treatment device enhancing alignment property by reducing turbulence of a paper ejected to a paper ejection tray. SOLUTION: The paper post-treatment device is provided with a conveying part for receiving the paper fed from an image forming device and conveying it to a post-treatment part; a paper ejection part having an ejection arm for feeding out the paper to an ejection port in order to eject the paper via the post-treatment part to the ejection port; a paper ejection tray movable at a predetermined stand-by position and a height position lower than it in order to store the paper ejected from the ejection port; and a control part for determining the kind of job of the post-treatment, counting the number of paper sheets fed to the post-treatment part in the case of stapling job and moving/controlling the height position of the paper ejection tray to a height position descended by a predetermined dropping difference when it reaches the previously set regulation number of sheets.
