PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for a passenger transport facility capable of improving safety by positively urging the implementation of a legal inspection. SOLUTION: This control system for the passenger transport facility has at least an operation control device 8 for the passenger transport facility for controlling the passenger transport facility 1 on the basis of a prestored control program, a legal inspection processing system 9 connected to this operation control device 8 for the passenger transport facility and managing the presence/absence of the implementation of the legal inspection and a schedule of the legal inspection, and a monitoring center 11 connected to this legal inspection processing system 9 via an external communication device 10. The legal inspection processing system 9 is composed of at least a legal inspection data management part 12, a calendar time measuring part 13, an automatic inspection detecting part 14, a warning processing part 15, a warning resetting part 16, an inspection time limit setting management part 17 and a success day storage part 18 storing a completion inspection success day and a remodeling inspection success day.
