PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet ejecting device capable of restraining a loading height difference in the sheet width direction, and capable of restraining corner folding and hitching of a sheet even when ejecting a sheet of weak stiffness and a sheet curling at an end part in the sheet width direction. SOLUTION: This sheet ejecting device is characterized in that a typical constitution of the sheet ejecting device and an image forming device related to this invention has an ejecting means (an ejecting roller 60 and a driven roller 62) ejecting the sheet on an ejecting tray 17, and a sheet pressing means (an end part flag 52 and a central flag 53) urging falling of the sheet on the ejecting tray 17 by abutting on the sheet when ejecting the sheet by the ejecting means, and the sheet pressing means has coaxially and integrally the flag 52 arranged on both ends in the sheet width direction and the flag 53 arranged inside in the sheet width direction, and the flag 63 has projectingly a receiving surface of receiving the tip of the ejecting sheet on the upstream side in the sheet ejecting direction more than the flag 52.
