PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an object to be conveyed from forming a bridge in an entrance guide member and being stayed in a conveying device having a screw for conveying the object to be conveyed while rotatably driven and the entrance guide member for guiding the object to be conveyed such that the object to be conveyed is downwardly moved toward the screw. SOLUTION: A pivot member 59 is provided, which is pivoted while a distal end side is engaged and disengaged from an impeller 26 of the screw 22 accompanying with rotation of the screw 22 to apply external force to the object K to be conveyed in the entrance guide member 57.
