PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a deviation in the ratio of air volume of blowing air from an air blow port in an indoor air-conditioning unit for a rear seat. SOLUTION: Hot air from a heater unit 40 is guided orthogonally to the flow direction of cold wind by a re-heating preventing plate 13. The most part of the hot wind flows in parallel with the flow direction of cold air by the guide of a horizontal guide 70. The hot air and the cold air are mixed at the downstream side of the horizontal guide 70. Accordingly air volumes blown respectively from the air blow ports 11, 12 are made to be almost the same by a relatively simple constitution such as the horizontal guide 70. That is, the deviation in the ratio of air volume where the air volume blown from one air blow port of the air blow ports 11, 12 is larger than that from the other air blow port or the like is suppressed.
