PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic auxiliary power device automatically accumulating elastic energy downslope, and automatically supplying the accumulated elastic energy to rear wheels as rotating power on the upgrade. SOLUTION: One end of a main body portion 20 storing a strut plane surface structure 25 and a rack 23 is rotatably attached to a main frame 71. A first pinion gear 38-1 moving the rack 23 upward according to a rotating direction of the rack 23 on the down-grade is arranged, and a second pinion gear moving the rack 23 downward according to a rotating direction of the rack 23 on the upgrade is arranged.
