PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric parking brake control device for securing the operation stability of a vehicle when braking independently of a friction coefficient in the road surface. SOLUTION: The electric parking brake control devices 40 and 60 for controlling an electric actuator 20 for changing braking force of a parking brake 10 are provided with a friction coefficient estimating section 61 for computing estimated friction coefficient in the road surface based on travelling condition of the vehicle, a target deceleration setting section 41 for setting target deceleration of the parking brake 10 in response to the estimated friction coefficient in a released state of the parking brake 10, and a control section 41c for controlling the electric actuator 20 in response to the target deceleration when controlling the parking brake 10.
