PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod capable of effectively suppressing the delamination of inner layer by placing an effective material to the innermost layer of a rod body or a node. SOLUTION: A delamination preventing layer B is formed by placing a sheet made of a non-woven fabric 2 to the surface of the inner circumference of a large-diameter side of a rod body formed in a gently tapered form and constituting a telescopic extension rod.
