<p>Disclosed is an oil-and-fat composition for chocolate, which can be used in a combination of oil-and-fat food materials and can prevent the blooming caused by migration of an oil-and-fat in a simple manner without deteriorating the texture. An oily food material can be produced which can be used in a combination of oil-and-fat food materials, comprises a specific polyglycerin fatty acid ester, and can prevent the blooming caused by migration of an oil-and-fat.</p>
