A plasma display panel and a flat panel display having the same are provided to perform stably an electrical connecting process irrespective of deformation of an electrode sheet by adjusting properly a thickness of an electrode terminal part. A second substrate(102) faces a first substrate(101). An electrode sheet(115) is disposed between the pair of substrates and includes electrodes for causing gas discharge within discharge cells. One or more first electrode terminal parts(106a) connected electrically to the electrodes and one or more second electrode terminal parts(106b) are formed on the electrode sheet and at least one substrate. The first and second electrode terminal parts are electrically connected to each other. The first electrode terminal part is extended from end parts of the electrodes along a cross direction of the discharge cells. The second electrode terminal part is formed on the substrate. The second electrode terminal part includes a second electrode terminal base portion(106b1) and a second electrode terminal connector portion(106b2). The second electrode terminal connector portion is electrically connected to the first electrode terminal portion.
