VALVE FOR CONTROLLING FLUID COMPRISING PIEZOELECTRIC ACTUATOR

A piezoelectric fluid control valve is provided to easily manufacture small-sized and large-sized fluid control valves by changing the structure of a piezoelectric actuator and the size of a main nozzle. A fluid control valve includes a valve body(110), a poppet(120), a control chamber(112), a piezoelectric actuator(130), and a spring(113a). The valve body includes a passage having a fluid inlet, a fluid outlet, and a valve seat formed between the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet. The poppet is accommodated in the passage and includes a body section engaged with the valve seat, a first extension section extending from the body section, a pilot section one end of which is opened toward the fluid inlet and the other end of which is opened to the distal end of the first extension section, and a main nozzle communicated with the pilot section and formed at the distal end of the first extension section. The control chamber is formed in the valve body so that the distal end of the first extension section protrudes inward and has an outlet nozzle communicated with the outside of the valve body. The piezoelectric actuator is located in the control chamber to open and close the main nozzle. The spring presses the poppet toward the control chamber.
