<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which can substantially shorten a power transmission line stop time by enhancing stability, operation controllability, a traveling function, a flying object removing function, etc. on an overhead line of a system unit so as to sharply reduce labor, the number of man-hours, a work time, etc. for the work of removing a flying object. <P>SOLUTION: The system body 1 removes the incoming flying object 10 sticking to an overhead line K by moving a system unit to travel along the overhead line. The system body comprises a plurality of traveling rollers 3 having spaces in the lengthwise direction of the overhead line, a support frame 4 for supporting a plurality of the traveling rollers, and a cutting blade 6 provided in a hanging down member 5 extended downward from the support frame over the overhead line for cutting the flying object removed.
