<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus in which a cooling device performing forced cooling is arranged close to a vent, circulating current of heated cooling wind to an inner part of a cabinet is reduced, cooing efficiency is improved, and a temperature rise in the cabinet can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes the cabinet having a side wall 8 where the vents 15 are formed, a heating element 50 stored in the cabinet, a heat sink 40 arranged close to the vents, a heat receiving body 25 which is thermally connected to the heating element, a heat transmitting means whose one end is thermally connected to the heat receiving body and the other end is thermally connected to the heat sink, a cooling fan 21 which is disposed close to the heat sink and generates cooling wind to the heat sink, and blocking members 30a and 30b blocking a gap 70 between the heat sink and the side wall where the vents are formed.
