PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lengthen the service life of a sintered oil retaining bearing and to reduce the manufacturing man-hours. SOLUTION: The sintered oil retaining bearing 30 includes an inner peripheral member 32 and an outer peripheral member 31, and an other end of the outer peripheral member 31 is off-set to project further in the axial direction than an other end of the inner peripheral member 32. A circumferential end face 31A of the outer peripheral member 31 abuts on an end part 26A of a bearing part 26 on the rotating electric machine 1 side, and a reservoir part 50 for a lubricating oil is formed in a clearance between the end part 26A and the circumferential end face 32A of the inner peripheral member 32. Even when the bearing part 26 and the sintered oil retaining bearing 30 are inclined, the lubricating oil in the reservoir part 50 is constantly in contact with at least one part of the other end of the outer peripheral member 31, so that the lubricating oil can be supplied to a rotary shaft 7 from here.
