PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical control device capable of performing collation of a password and setting of an option parameter without using an automatic and exclusive device when updating the password every time the option parameter is set. SOLUTION: The numerical control device 10 has a function to automatically creating the password, and updates the password every time the option parameter is set. A PC 20 is configured to automatically or manually set up the password created by the numerical control device 10. The PC 20 can read out data of the option parameter automatically or manually entered from the outside, and generates data 30 in a form integrating the data and the password received from the numerical control device 10.
