PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network message board system, a network message board device, a network message board method, and a program that enable a plurality of users to establish more secure two-way communication through a message board using a network and share information through less communication. SOLUTION: The network message board system has a plurality of member-registered information processing terminal devices, and the network message board device which manages the network message board as a web page for sharing predetermined information among the plurality of information processing terminal devices. The network message board system further has a mail creating and sending means of creating and sending mail containing input information to a predetermined information processing terminal device when the predetermined information is input from the information processing terminal device to the network message board.
