PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure sensing device for a vehicle capable of avoiding exhaustion of a battery by suppressing the power consumption in condition sensing part while failure of functional components is sensed properly. SOLUTION: The failure sensing device is equipped with a failure sensing means 70A to sense failure on the basis of the current feeding condition to the condition sensing part 30 and a current feed control means 11 to change over the current feed condition to the part 30 when the failure sensing means 70A senses a failure, whereby power consumption when failure is sensed, is suppressed.
