PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various fittings, various room partitions and various floors in a strong wooden panel body friendly to a human being and environment and constituted by combining natural woods such as a cedar, hinoki, etc. SOLUTION: An upper frame 4 constituted by providing a wooden flat panel, which is provided with not only protruded parts on its left and light surfaces but also a recessed part on its undersurface, to the upper parts of the recessed parts vertically provided to the opposed surfaces of vertical frames 1 and 2 comprising a wooden rod material having an optional shape based on natural woods such as the cedar, the hinoki, etc., a lower frame 5 constituted by providing the wooden flat panel, which is provided with not only the protruded parts on its left and right surfaces but also the recessed part on its upper surface to the lower part of the vertical frames 1 and 2 and a plurality of panels 6 constituted by providing the wooden flat panel, which is provided with not only the protruded parts on its left and right surfaces but also the recessed part on its upper surface, between the upper and lower frames 4 and 5 are used. The lower frame 5, a plurality of the panels 6 and the lower frame 4 inserted in the recessed parts of the opposed vertical frames in this order so that the protruded parts on the left and light surfaces are arranged laterally while mutually connected wooden connection rods 8 are respectively fitted in the recessed parts of the contact surfaces of the lower frame 5 and the panels 6, the contact surfaces of the panels 6 and the panels 6, the contact surfaces of the recessed parts of the panels 6 and the contact surfaces of the panels 6 and the upper frame 4 to form the panel body wherein the panels 6 are arranged side by side laterally.
