PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery form, onto which the setting and printing of inconstant information is possible due to its flat setting surface and consequently the dealing in a small lot is possible. SOLUTION: In this information filling laminated sheet, a base paper and an information filling paper are so constituted as to be peelably adhered together through an adhesive layer prepared by an adhesive mainly made of the water emulsion of a polypropylene/vinyl acetate copolymer so as to perform the separation between the base paper and the information filling paper through the tearing of the adhesive layer during their separation.
