PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator plate which is improved in a light emitting brightness by improving a luminescent efficiency of light emission with irradiation of a radiation, while using CsI, that is a substance excellent as a scintillator material, as a base, and further is improved in moisture resistance without installing a moisture-proof barrier or the like. SOLUTION: This scintillator plate is provided by forming a phosphor film on a substrate 1 by vapor deposition, after filling a resistance heating crucible 23, as a supply source with a raw material containing respectively 0.01mol% or more of two kinds or more of additives containing at least thallium iodide and copper iodide, with respect to the CsI.
