PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correlate an attribute data with an image data without generating an error, and to make work efficient. SOLUTION: This image inspection method/device includes a photographing device 3 for photographing an inspection objective part, an RFID tag 1 bonded to an inspected object 6 and for storing the attribute data that is information of the inspected object 6, and a reader 2 for reading the attribute data stored in the RFID tag 1. The image inspection device (PC) 4 acquires the attribute data stored in the RFID tag 1 via the reader 2, acquires the image data of inspection objective part that is a portion of inspecting the inspected object 6, via the photographing device 3, and stores the acquired attribute data and the acquired image data while correlating those each other.
