PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier for measuring an immunoreaction which captures an antibody uniformly and densely, detects highly sensitively a measuring object, and is prepared efficiently at a low cost, and also to provide a device for measuring the immunoreaction provided with the carrier for measuring the immunoreaction, and a method of measuring the immunoreaction using the carrier for measuring the immunoreaction. SOLUTION: This carrier for measuring the immunoreaction is used for capturing the antibody X' with respect to an examined substance X, which is prepared using a complex expressed by an X-Y-Z comprising: the examined substance X having no immonogenicity; a polymer substance Z having a immonogenicity; and a linker Y for coupling the examined substance X and the polymer substance Z, and the carrier has at least either of one part of structure contained in the linker Y or an analog thereof, in a molecule. The present invention also provides the device for measuring the immunoreaction provided with the carrier for measuring the immunoreaction, and the method of measuring the immunoreaction using the carrier for measuring the immunoreaction.
