PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably maintain the attitude of a roller member even when an expansion part for regulating an inclination angle as in the conventional art is not required, and to reduce the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The tri-port type constant velocity joint is equipped with: a plurality of trunnions 26a (26b, 26c) including a spherical face part on the outer surface; the roller member 52 of which outer peripheral face rotates along a rolling face 24a (24b); a holder 30 for holding the roller member 52 to the trunnion 26a (26b, 26c) and of which upper end 36 abuts on a ceiling part 20; and an elastic body 38 attached to a neck part 42 of the trunnion 26a (26b, 26c) and composed of a plate formed of a rubber material, which maintains the attitude of the roller member 52 by pressing the holder 30 toward the ceiling part 20 by elastic force.
