SYNTHETIC RESIN SHEET COVER FOR PALLET LOADED OBJECT, ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND ITS MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin sheet cover for a pallet loaded object whose corner top part is double-layered for preventing the top part from being easily torn when a part of a pallet or a handling machine contacts and for reducing the possibility of the same area of the double-layered sheet being torn immediately and of rain water permeation as much as possible for contributing in keeping the quality of an object stored in an open place and to provide the manufacturing process and the manufacturing equipment of the cover. SOLUTION: This cover for a pallet loaded object comprising a corner tube part 14 continuous with a corner top part 13 is double-layered by superimposing the sheet of the top part 13 and a different corner reinforcement sheet B. At least two facing sides of the peripheral part of the double-layered sheet are mutually jointed to be in one and the double-layered sheet part is joined slidable mutually in its face direction.
