PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cake-baking control mechanism using temperature sensors detecting the temperature at the inside of cake dough with a plurality of temperature sensors to obtain an average temperature except for the temperature of void parts inside the cake. SOLUTION: The cake-baking control mechanism using temperature sensors is provided in an oven where a temperature in a pot main body 7 can be freely controlled by a temperature control mechanism, and comprises the following: a temperature sensor part 1 provided with temperature sensors 6 which are inserted into cake dough in a cake dough baking container 9 disposed in the pot main body 7 to detect temperatures at 3 portions or more; and a temperature control part 13 where a higher temperature of the temperatures detected by at least three temperature sensors 6 and having≥5°C difference in the detected temperatures is eliminated to regulate the temperature based on an average value of the remaining detected temperature.
