摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a secondary battery which prevents delamination between a separator and an electrode from occurring due to gas generation. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the secondary battery comprises: a step I for forming a positive-electrode laminated body on a surface of a collector (a) so as to create a junction area on the whole periphery of the surface in almost the same width; a step II for forming a negative-electrode laminated body on a surface of a collector (b) so as to create a junction area on the whole periphery of the surface in almost the same width, and so as for a part of the junction area to have a projection projecting outward; a step III for sandwiching a sealing member larger than the negative-electrode laminated body, and a separator between the negative-electrode laminated body and the positive-electrode laminated body, and for sealing them with the projection left open, to form a laminated body; a step IV for injecting an electrolyte from the open end of the projection and for sealing it; a step V for charging the laminated body and for cutting off the projection, to let a gas out; and a step VI for sealing the open end of the projection in the step V. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
