PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection service system for an air conditioner capable of efficiently carrying out inspection/trial run or the like without developing a special function and an advanced program, mounting the program, or the like. SOLUTION: The inspection service system for an air conditioner is composed of a plurality of indoor units and at least one outdoor unit indoor unit, and one of air-conditioned spaces wherein layouts and capacities of the indoor units are the same is regarded as a representative air-conditioned space. The system is provided with a transmission and reception circuit 12 collecting pieces of operation information of the air conditioners of a representative air-conditioned space and other air-conditioned spaces, a data storage memory 16 storing the operation information, an operation difference information extracting means 18a for extracting pieces of operation information with differences by regarding the operation information of the representative air-conditioned space stored in the data storage memory 16 as representative normal operation information, and comparing the representative normal operation information with the pieces of operation information of the other air-conditioned spaces, and a display part 15 displaying an output of the operation difference information extracting means 18a.
