PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper having high degree of freedom of changing damping force besides obtaining damping force in response to an actual running state. SOLUTION: The damper is equipped with a first damping member 10 for damping external force input in an input part and a second damping member 20 which movably contains the first damping member 10 and damps external force input in the first damping member 10. The first damping member 10 includes a first cylinder 11 and a piston 12 for the first cylinder for partitioning the inside of the first cylinder 10 into at least two fluid chambers. The second damping member 20 contains a second cylinder 21 slidably includes the first cylinder 11.
