<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of fabricating color filter by which color characteristics of a color filter can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: The method of fabricating color filter comprises: a process of forming a black matrix 120 which defines a plurality of pixels 150 on a substrate 110; a process of forming liquid ink layers 130 within the pixels 150 and, thereafter, drying the liquid ink layers 130; a process of penetrating a solvent vapor 170 into the surfaces of the dried ink layers 131 and providing fluidity to the surfaces of the dried ink layers 131; and a process of drying the surfaces of an ink layers 132 which are provided with the fluidity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
