PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation implement for a fluorescent lamp, capable of saving manual work of a worker as much as possible when installing the fluorescent lamp in a high ceiling, and enhancing working efficiency. SOLUTION: Since this installation implement 1 for the fluorescent lamp is composed of a pair of guide shafts 4, 4 the upper ends of which are engaged with sockets 3, 3, a laterally long grip member 6 to detachably grip the fluorescent lamp 2 from its lower part, a first support member 7 which makes one guide shaft 4 support one end part of the grip member 6 rotatably and movably in the axial direction, and which is supported by one guide shaft 4 movably in the vertical direction, and a second support member 8 which is supported by the other guide shaft 4 movably in the vertical direction, and which rotates and axially moves one end part of the grip part 6, when installing the fluorescent lamp 2 in the high ceiling, the manual work of the worker can be saved as much as possible, and working efficiency can be enhanced.
