PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice-reinforced talking system which simplifies wiring between respective talking terminals and a central processing unit and simplifies the structure of the talking terminal, and which suppresses a bypassed voice from other talking terminals. SOLUTION: In the voice-reinforced talking system, a central processing unit 2 includes a digital signal processing section 22 which, when voice-reinforced talking is performed between talking terminals 1a through the central processing unit 2, executes voice-reinforced talking processing that suppresses a voice bypassed from a speaker 11 to a microphone 12 in each talking terminal 1a. The digital signal processing section 22 includes an oscillation detecting section 27 and a sound volume setting section 26. The oscillation detecting section 27, when the voice-reinforced talking is performed between the talking terminals 1a through the central processing unit 2, detects oscillation due to the voice bypassed from the speaker in a talking destination-side talking terminal to the microphone in its own talking terminal, as well as the voice bypassed from the speaker in its own talking terminal to a first microphone in the talking destination-side talking terminal. The sound volume setting section 26 reduces a sound volume level of a digital sound signal output to each talking terminal according to the detected result by the oscillation detecting section.
