PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening part structure superior in operability for opening and closing in ordinary use, while carrying in and out a bed etc. of a wide width. SOLUTION: This opening part structure has a rectangular opening part formed on a partition wall, a door pocket adjacently arranged in this opening part and fittings capable of shielding the opening part, and is characterized in that the fittings are composed of a sliding door forming a rectangular plate shape of the substantially same height as the opening part and movably supported between the opening part and the door pocket and a wing panel having the substantially same height as this sliding door, forming a vertically long rectangular shape of a small width and installed on the door end side of the sliding door, and the wing panel is installed so that the opening part can be opened and closed by the rotational movement around the vertically extending axis as the center on the door stop side of the opening part.
