PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a loss in heat exchange and simplify device structure about a cold-accumulator type refrigerator wherein a refrigeration temperature region is around 30K. SOLUTION: The cold-accumulator type refrigerator is equipped with a cylinder 22A, a displacer 23 formed of a rigid body for reciprocating in the cylinder 22A, a plurality of expansion spaces 31, 32 formed between the cylinder 22A and the displacer 23, a blowout passage 34 for communicating the expansion spaces 31, 32 and a space chamber 33 formed in the displacer 23 and a cooling stage 39 provided at an outer circumference position of the cylinder 22A.
