PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving production efficiency in a working step for forming sections to be fitted with columns for plywoods that compose the floor of a wooden house. SOLUTION: By forming, from the CAD file data of the general drawing created by a CAD system, a CAD plywood plan including the machining operation data, extracting only the data on the column-fitting sections of the plywoods from the machining operation data, and conducting the ABC analysis on the data of the column-fitting sections worked in the plywoods of the same kind, and by classifying the work into a bulk-production working machine suited for bulk production and an individual working machine suited for small-quantity production it is possible to improve the efficiency of the whole precut working step.
