An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel including a polarization plate blocking heat of a light source is provided to block heat of a backlight unit light source reaching a driving integrated circuit formed in a non-display area of a thin film transistor by enlarging and attaching a lower polarization plate installed under a thin film transistor. A color filter substrate(32) includes a common electrode and an upper polarization plate(31) for controlling polarization transmission is attached to the color filter substrate A thin film transistor(10) includes a display area(20) in which a switching device and a pixel electrode are formed, and a non-display area(11) in which a driving integrated circuit that applies a signal to the switching device is implemented. A lower polarization plate(35) has a larger area than the display area to prevent light of a light source of a lower backlight unit(36) from reaching the non-display area.
