An optical sheet and a display device having the same are provided to increase the light collection degree of the optical sheet by arranging optical patterns formed on the optical sheet while matching at least a portion of the outlines of each optical pattern to each other. An optical sheet(130) comprises a first surface(131), a second surface(132) facing the first surface, and plural optical patterns(135,138) aligned on the second surface along plural rows. The optical patterns have plural convex light collecting units of which the ends are consecutively connected to each other to form ridges and gullies. At least a portion of the outlines of the optical patterns disposed at adjacent rows corresponds to each other. The ridges of the optical patterns aligned in odd rows correspond to the gullies of the optical patterns aligned in even rows.
