<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facial aesthetics/hair restoration system which can promote the restoration or growth of hair and beautify skins and faces for patients with thin hair of their head parts or others for aging, stress, heredity, diseases or other reasons by activating the skins of the head parts or the like and the cells under the skins. <P>SOLUTION: This system employs a colorless transparent silicone thin film covering the skin at the depilated site of a head part or the skin in a part of a face, an ion induction means by which a gel containing effective component ions is applied between the colorless and transparent silicone thin film and the surface of the skin to conduct an ion induction and a visible light irradiation means which irradiates the skin with visible light of a prescribed wavelength from above an insulating matererial to get ions of effective components soaked under the skin. Under such a condition, the skin is irradiated with the visible light of a prescribed wavelength from outside and with negative ions from the silicone thin film as the generation source to activate the skin and the cells under the skin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
