<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throughput calculation device, for improving processing efficiency of a system which performs processing including a plurality of processes by a plurality of devices. <P>SOLUTION: The throughput calculation device 10 comprises an input part 11, a storage part 13, first and second calculation parts 14 and 18, a first distribution part 15 and an output part 20. The first calculation part 14 calculates, for each process, factorαthat is the number of products to be processed by one processor of a first processing amount. The first distribution part 15 distributes the first processing amount to processors in the descending order of the factorαfor each of the plurality of processes.
